Design your own ELO Print E-mail
Students may design their own experiential learning opportunity (ELO) to earn credit in a particular course.  This requires the student to demonstrate competencies in a course through a combination of engaging in an experiential learning opportunity and online course work.  In order to complete an ELO for credit the student must find an experiential learning opportunity, identify an appropriate course where several of the competencies would be met through the experience, work with a VLACS instructor to design and complete the ELO and assessments, and complete the agreed upon online course work.  If this is something you are interested in exploring in more detail, please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
